As a frustrated saxophone player in the early 90s, I started photographing other sax players to study the type of equipment they were using. I developed the ability to capture the decisive moment during a performance and that ability laid the groundwork for my portraiture work. Today I capture decisive moments for my clients in my studio.

Primarily a portrait photographer, I enjoy creating images that evoke a mood or feeling at that perfect moment in time. What I see through the lens is how I view the world and all of the beauty it has to offer. Please enjoy the galleries and perhaps you will give me the opportunity to capture your decisive moment.

I am a member of Canon Professional Services, (CPS), and I’ve participated in seminars and studied with some of the finest professionals in photography; Clay Blackmore, Ed Pierce, Bruce Dorn, Greg Gorman, and Eddie Tapp.
